PrivateMoneyBankers.com is owned and operated by Donald Timms. Donald is a private money specialist with years of experience in the private money lending industry. Since 1994, we have financed in excess of $1 Billion in private money loans. We lend in the counties of: Ventura, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino. In addition, we lend all across California for select hard money loans. We only lend on real estate, and not on business assets. Donald spends time between the corporate office in Calabasas Office, and his office in Ojai, California.

We maintain two types of clients, our Borrowers who seek capital, and our investors who provide the financing. We maintain long-term relationships with private investors who enjoy the high return they receive on secured real property.

We scrutinize each deal to make sure our investors not only receive a high yield on their investment, but that the real property collateral is safe. 2) We act as consultants and financing conduits to individuals, corporations, mortgage brokers/bankers and realtors, providing them with expert advise and timely fundings on their real estate deals.
